Popular tours include: Tatev monastery and the longest ropeway in the world, the caves of Old Khndzoresk and the famous swinging bridge; Devil’s Bridge; Armenia’s Stone Henge, Shaki Waterfall plus Vorotnavank Monastery, and Vorotnaberd Fortress; Jermuk including the waterfall and funicular; in summer, a visit to the Petroglyphs in Ughtasar; a visit to Armenia’s Silk Road and Dilijan and Lake Sevan;  a chance to learn about the politics, history and geography of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh); Norovank, wine-tasting near Areni, the cave where the world’s oldest shoe was found, and Khor Virap. Picnics and evening meals can be arranged upon request. Visits to local businesses including a cheese factory and lavash bakery can be arranged.
